Administrative Intern

ABOUT THE JOB

Tribe Nation Theatrical Distribution (TNTD) Limited, a licensed distribution firm that specializes in the theatrical distribution of independent and commercial filmed content, is looking to hire a highly motivated and organized Administrative Intern.


As an Administrative Intern, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company by providing administrative support to various departments. Your responsibilities will include managing office procedures, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and handling day-to-day administrative tasks. Our ideal candidate must have at least one year of proven experience in an administrative role. 


This internship will afford you the opportunity to gain practical knowledge in areas such as office management, documentation, data entry, and general administrative support. Ultimately, this will be an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our company’s success. 



RESPONSIBILITIES: 


Your key responsibilities will be to: 


  • Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, organizing documents, and maintaining records;

  • Perform data entry tasks and ensure accuracy and completeness of information;

  • Provide support in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements;

  • Assist in the logistics operations of the company; 

  • Aid in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required;

  • Respond to internal and external inquiries in a professional and timely manner;

  • Collaborate with team members on special projects and assignments as needed.



QUALIFICATION: 


Our ideal candidate is expected to possess the following qualifications: 


  • Bachelor’s Degree/Higher National Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or in a related field;

  • 1-year proven experience in experience in Administrative roles;

  • Professional qualifications, certifications, and memberships are an added advantage;

  • Must reside in Lagos; 

  • Must have completed NYSC; 

  • Must not be less than 21 years of age.



SKILLS: 


  • Strong attention to detail;

  • Proficient in the use of Google Workspace;

  • Proficient in the use of calendering and event scheduling tools;

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal;

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively;

  • Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn;

  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information;

  • Excellent time management and organization skills;

  • Ability to work with minimal or zero supervision. 



SALARY:
