ABOUT THE JOB
Tribe Nation Theatrical Distribution (TNTD) Limited, a licensed distribution firm that specialises in the theatrical distribution of independent and commercial filmed content, is looking to hire an Administrative & Content Manager with demonstrable media and theatrical distribution experience to supervise daily support operations of our company, plan the most efficient administrative procedures and monitor all content-related activities within our company.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Their key responsibilities will be to:
Plan and coordinate day-to-day administrative operations.
Develop, review, and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
Provide administrative support to staff and clients of the company
Schedule and maintain office corporate calendar.
Plan, schedule, and promote office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
Work with the accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and process payroll and other expenses.
Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and company resources
Assess staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
Assist with all content acquisition efforts.
Supervise content onboarding, storage and delivery; update databases and monitor the flow of content data and files across the company.
Advise management on and champion internal IP and data protection efforts.
Monitor inventory of company resources and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints
Strategically plan and manage logistics, liaising and negotiating with suppliers, and keeping track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons.
Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
Keep abreast with all organisational changes and business development
QUALIFICATION:
Our ideal candidate is expected to possess the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
Proven experience as administrative manager
In-depth understanding of office management procedures and legal policies
Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
Professional qualifications, certifications and memberships are an added advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in the use of computers and softwares, especially Google workspace
